About the Handles & Grips range
A top handle turns low-angle and run-and-gun work into something you can hold all day. NATO-rail handles slide on and lock in seconds; threaded handles are lighter and stay put. Side handles and rosette grips add a second point of control and, in powered versions, a record trigger. Check the mount type on the handle against the rail or threads on your cage.

What is a NATO rail?
A dovetail rail standard with a safety pin. Handles and accessories with a NATO clamp slide onto the rail and lock, and can be repositioned or removed without tools.
Do top handles fit any cage?
If both use the same mount, yes. Most cages offer a NATO rail on top or 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threads with ARRI locating holes; the handle page lists which it needs.
Can a handle power the camera or trigger record?
Some side handles from Tilta and SmallRig include a record button that connects to specific Sony, Canon or Blackmagic bodies by cable, and a few carry an NP-F battery. The product page lists compatible cameras.
