Terms & conditions

These terms apply to purchases from electronicaustralia.com, operated by Electronic Australia ("we", "us").

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error. If that happens, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is by bank transfer or PayID, and orders are dispatched once payment clears.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia only, free of charge. Dispatch times shown on product pages are estimates based on current stock and supplier lead times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Consumer guarantees and warranties

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and are in addition to those rights. See our Returns & refunds page for how to raise a problem.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the consumer guarantees, our liability for any loss relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, repairing it, or refunding its price.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Electronic Australia is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with these brands unless stated. Product specifications are taken from manufacturer information and may change; contact us before ordering if a particular specification is essential to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
