Shipping

Every order ships free to any address in Australia. Orders need to total at least $200 including GST. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

When your order leaves

The minimum order is including GST. Orders under that amount cannot be checked out.

Each product page shows its dispatch time before you order:

• Ships in 1-2 business days: the item is ready to send.
• Ships in a quoted number of days or weeks: the item comes from our supplier, and the time shown is their current lead time.
• On backorder or pre-order: we will confirm a dispatch date by email before sending.

Orders are paid by bank transfer or PayID, so the dispatch time starts once your payment has cleared. If an order contains items with different dispatch times, we ship the order together once every item is ready, unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first.

Delivery

Parcels are sent with Australia Post and courier partners, chosen by parcel size and destination. Once your order is dispatched we email you tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Delivery to PO Boxes and parcel lockers: accepted for parcels that fit; larger items such as cases, tripods and stands need a street address.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@electronicaustralia.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
