About us
Electronic Australia is an online store for camera, audio, lighting and production equipment, shipping to customers anywhere in Australia. We are based in New South Wales and sell online only, so every order is packed and sent rather than collected.
What we sell
The range covers the equipment that sits around a modern camera or recording setup: cinema and mirrorless cameras, lenses and filters, cages, handles and rig parts, wireless and wired microphones, audio interfaces and recorders, LED lighting and modifiers, stands and tripods, hard cases and bags, cables and connectors, and streaming and podcasting gear. Products come from brands such as RODE, SmallRig, Sennheiser, Pelican, Tilta, Godox, Aputure, DJI, Manfrotto, NiSi and Hoya, organised into departments so you can move from a type of product to the models that fit your equipment.
How product information is prepared
Every product page lists its specifications, what comes in the box and, where it matters, which cameras, lenses or devices it is made for. Descriptions are written from those specifications and checked against the manufacturer's published information. Where a detail cannot be confirmed, it is left out rather than guessed. Our buying guides explain the choices that come up most often, such as which wireless microphone suits a phone, which memory card a camera needs or which cage fits a particular body.
How buying works
- Prices include GST. The price on the page is the price you pay, and GST is itemised on your order email.
- Free shipping Australia-wide on every order, with a minimum order of $200 including GST.
- Dispatch times are shown on each product and carried through to your cart and order email, so you know before you order whether an item ships in one to two business days or comes in from the supplier.
- Payment is by bank transfer or PayID. Orders are held and dispatched once payment clears.
- Returns: change-of-mind returns within 14 days for unopened items, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law on faulty goods. See Returns and refunds and Warranty.
