Description

The RODE NT1 Signature Series Studio Condenser Microphone in Red is a side-address large-diaphragm condenser microphone for vocal and instrument recording, voice work, podcasting and content creation. It suits users who want a cardioid mic with a focused pickup pattern and a natural studio sound for quiet sources or louder performances.

It uses a 1.00 inch HF6 true condenser capsule, a pressure gradient acoustic principle and a JFET impedance converter with bipolar output buffer. The frequency range is 20Hz to 20kHz, sensitivity is -32 dB re 1 Volt/Pascal, output impedance is 100Ω and maximum SPL is 142 dB SPL. Equivalent noise is 4dBA and it runs on P48 phantom power.

In use, it connects to a device with a 3-pin XLR input and works with phantom powered audio interfaces, mixers and studio preamps. The box includes the NT1 Signature Series microphone, an SM6 shock mount with pop filter and a 6m XLR cable. The red finish is a simple option for a visible studio setup.
