Description
The BOYA BY-V20 2.0 is a two-person wireless microphone system for mobile content creation. It suits interviews, vlogs and other recordings where two people need to speak at once. The two transmitters have built-in microphones and the USB-C receiver plugs straight into a compatible device, so it is set up for simple handheld use with fewer cables.
It uses digital 2.4 GHz wireless transmission on the 2400 MHz band and supports two audio channels. The system is rated for up to 100 m range in open conditions. The frequency response is 20 Hz to 16 kHz. The receiver is plug-in USB-C, powered by USB bus power, and the transmitters charge through USB-C ports.
In practice, it is used with USB-C mobile devices for quick two-person recording. The receiver connects directly to the device, while the two transmitters pick up speech from each person.
