Description
The RODE Wireless PRO is a dual channel compact wireless microphone system for creators who need clean audio from two people at once. It suits interviews, vlogs, presentations and filming where a small setup is easier to manage than a wired mic system. The transmitters use omnidirectional pickup and built in recording, so the system can keep working if the wireless link is interrupted.
It offers Series IV 2.4 GHz digital transmission with a line of sight range up to 260m, 32-bit float on board recording, and 32GB of storage in each transmitter. The audio range is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with a maximum SPL of 123.5 dB SPL, equivalent noise of 22 dBA and a signal to noise ratio of 72 dB. It charges over USB-C and runs for up to 7 hours.
In use, the transmitters connect to a camera, phone, tablet or computer through the receiver, with USB-C digital connectivity and a 3.5mm TRRS output. It is compatible with macOS 10.15 and above, Windows 10 and above, iOS 14 and above, and Android 11 and above. The box includes a receiver, two transmitters, two Lavalier II microphones, three furry windshields, two MagClip Go clips, a charge case, an accessory case, a 3.5mm right angle cable, a Lightning to USB-C cable and a USB-C cable.
