About the Continuous Lighting range
Continuous light shows you the result as you set it. COB heads through a Bowens-mount modifier are the standard key light; panels give soft fill and run easily from batteries; RGB tubes and pocket lights add accents and practical effects. Output, colour temperature range, colour accuracy (CRI and TLCI), mount and power options are listed on every light.
Continuous Lighting questions
How bright a light do I need?
For one person at a desk through a softbox, 60 to 100 W. For interviews with the light further back, 150 to 300 W. Output is listed on each product.
What is CRI and TLCI?
Measures of colour accuracy. 95 and above means skin tones and colours render naturally on camera. Both figures are listed where the manufacturer publishes them.
Can I run these lights on batteries?
Most COB heads accept V-mount or NP-F power and most panels take NP-F batteries. The power options are in each light's specifications.
