Description
The Aputure STORM 400x is a 400W tunable white LED monolight for studio and film work. It suits crews that need a compact point source with adjustable white light, accurate colour, and flexible control on set. The V-Mount version is aimed at users who want battery or AC operation for location or studio use.
It offers a 2500 to 10,000K colour temperature range with green and magenta adjustment, plus daylight and tungsten modes. Output reaches 27,100 lux at 3.3 feet at 5600K with the included reflector, and the beam angle is 57 degrees unmodified or 35 degrees with the reflector. Dimming runs from 0.1 to 100%, and control is available through the onboard interface, DMX, RDM, Bluetooth CRMX, and the Sidus Link or Link Pro apps.
In practice, it pairs with Bowens S accessories and the included reflector for shaping output. The package includes the control box, lighting clamp, hyper reflector, head cable, AC power cable, Bowens mount protection cover, and a soft carrying case. It is suitable for crews building a flexible lighting kit for interviews, commercial shoots, and production work.
