Description
The Aputure STORM 80c is a compact full-colour LED light for small crews, studios, and content creators who need flexible white and colour output from a single fixture. It suits film, video, and photo work where accurate colour and a portable setup matter. The lamp head uses the Mini ProLock Bowens mount and is built for use in varied conditions.
It uses Aputure's BLAIR-CG chipset and offers a CCT range from 1,800K to 20,000K. Colour performance is specified at CRI 97, TLCI 99, and 90%+ Rec.2020 gamut coverage. The light outputs up to 80W from a 100W power draw, with 20,185 lux at 1m at 5600K. It has a 60 degree native beam angle, a 35 degree reflector beam angle, and IP65 weather resistance.
In practice, it can be run from AC power with the included adapter and cable, or mounted as part of a compact lighting kit. It pairs with Bowens mount accessories designed for the Mini ProLock system. The box includes the STORM 80c lamp head with yoke, Mini ProLock Hyper Reflector, Mini Lantern Diffuser, Mini ProLock Mount Protection Cover, AC Power Adapter, 4m AC Power Cable, and Soft Carrying Case.
