Description
Hollyland LARK A1 Mini Duo is a two-person wireless microphone system for interviews, video, streaming and other mobile recording jobs. It suits people who want two clip-on transmitters and a simple USB-C receiver for use with a phone or other USB-C device. The compact setup is aimed at clear voice capture without a lot of extra hardware.
It uses digital 2.4 GHz wireless technology and supports two audio channels with a maximum operating range of 200 m. Audio is recorded at 48 kHz/24-bit with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and a stated 120 dB SPL handling. It also includes 3-level intelligent noise cancellation, 6-level gain adjustment, EQ and reverb control, with remote control available through the LarkSound app on Android and iOS.
In practice, the system plugs straight into a USB-C mobile device and runs from bus power. It comes with 2 clip-on transmitters, a USB-C plug-in receiver, a charging dock, 2 magnets, 2 furry windshields, a USB-A to USB-C cable and a carrying bag. Compatibility is centred on USB-C devices, so it suits mobile recording setups that need a two-person wireless mic system.
