Description
The Tilta Camera Cage Pro Kit for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K and 12K is a handheld rig kit for users who want to add protection, mounting points and power options to a PYXIS camera. It suits shooters who build a compact cinema setup around accessories, top handles and 15mm support rather than using the camera on its own.
It combines a modular full cage with a 15mm LWS baseplate, a Xeno top handle with NATO clamp and two 8-inch 15mm rods. The kit includes multiple 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 female threads, ARRI anti-twist 3/8-16 mounting points, two cold shoes, one ARRI rosette with M6 female thread and three NATO rails. The V-Mount plate supports hot-swap power and provides D-Tap, USB-C, LEMO 2-pin and barrel connections.
In practice, it is built for the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K and PYXIS 12K and is listed for PYXIS 6K compatibility. The box includes the full camera cage, V-Mount battery plate, Xeno top handle, 15mm LWS baseplate and one threaded 15mm rod. The cage uses aluminium and stainless steel construction and measures 218.9 x 140 x 137 mm.
