Description
SmallRig Full Cage for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K/4K is a form fitting camera cage for the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K and 4K. It suits shooters who want to add accessories and protect the camera body while still keeping access to controls and ports. It is a cage only solution, so it works for rigs built around the camera rather than replacing it.
It uses aluminium construction and weighs 300 g, with dimensions of 19.2 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm. The cage includes multiple 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threads, ARRI-style accessory threads, multiple NATO rails and one shoe mount. Locating pins and rubber pads help keep the cage secure and reduce movement.
In use, it gives a mounting base for handles, mics, monitors and other rig accessories on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K or 4K. It comes with the cage, a 1/4-20 screw and an Allen wrench. The cage is designed to maintain access to camera controls while the camera is in the rig.
