Description
The RODE AI-Micro is a compact dual-channel audio interface for recording from two 3.5mm microphones to a computer or mobile device. It suits creators who want a small interface for interviews, voice recording, and simple two-source setups without extra bulk. It provides direct headphone monitoring in a lightweight body that is easy to carry.
It has two auto-sensing 3.5mm TRS/TRRS inputs, one 3.5mm TRS headphone output, and 2/2 simultaneous I/O. Audio runs at 24-bit with 44.1kHz or 48kHz sample rates, 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response, and 100dB A-weighted input dynamic range. The analogue gain range is 0 to 26dB, and the headphone output delivers 125mW into 32Ω. It connects by USB Type-C and is bus powered.
In use, it pairs with macOS Big Sur and later, Windows 10 Build 19041 and later, iOS 14 and later, and Android 9.0 and later. It also works with USB-A, USB-C and Lightning devices when using the included cables. In the box are the AI-Micro interface, SC21 USB-C to Lightning cable, SC22 USB-C to USB-C cable, and SC23 USB-C to USB-A cable.
