Description
The Hoya 72mm UX II UV Filter is a UV filter for cameras with a 72mm filter thread. It suits photographers who want basic lens protection while keeping a filter fitted during everyday shooting. It reduces UV light and is useful for helping outdoor images look clearer in bright conditions.
It uses an anti-reflection coating and a water-repellent coating to help reduce flare and make the front surface easier to clean. The filter has an aluminium frame and a 72mm diameter. It is designed to offer lens protection, increase light transmittance and suppress the UV spectrum.
In use, it screws onto a compatible 72mm lens and can stay on as a protective front filter. It pairs with lenses that accept 72mm filters, including zooms and primes with that thread size. The box includes one Hoya 72mm UX II UV Filter.
