Description
The Sony E 70-350mm f/4.5-6.3 G OSS is a telephoto zoom lens for Sony E-mount APS-C cameras. It suits photographers who want long reach for wildlife, sport, travel or distant subjects, while keeping the setup relatively compact for an extended zoom range. Its focal length gives a 105-525mm equivalent view on APS-C bodies.
It covers 70-350mm with a maximum aperture of f/4.5-6.3 and a minimum aperture of f/22-32. The lens uses autofocus and optical image stabilisation, with 19 elements in 13 groups, including one aspherical element and three extra-low dispersion elements. It has a 7-blade diaphragm, a minimum focus distance of 1.1 m and a maximum magnification of 0.75x.
This lens is made for Sony APS-C mirrorless bodies with an E mount. It pairs with cameras that accept 67 mm filters and benefits handheld shooting thanks to stabilisation. In the box are the lens, front and rear caps, and the ALC-SH160 lens hood.
