Description
The SmallRig 5317 Magic Arm Support Kit is a pair of articulated arms for mounting a monitor or other rig accessories on a camera setup. It suits users who want a compact way to position gear with a firm lock once the angle is set. Each arm is 9.8 inches long and uses a 1/4-20 connection at both ends.
The arms are made from aluminium alloy and stainless steel. They measure 140.0 x 60.0 x 25.0 mm and weigh 450.0 ± 5.0 g for the kit. The locking knob is shaped for easier tightening, and the monitor end has protective pads to help reduce scratching. Both ends use 1/4-20 screws.
In use, the kit can hold a monitor on one end and attach to compatible rig hardware on the other. It pairs with camera cages, NATO rails, 15 mm rod systems and similar 1/4-20 mounting points. The box includes two magic arms.
