The Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Sony E is a wide prime lens made for APS-C mirrorless cameras. It suits photographers and videographers who want a compact lens with a bright aperture for low light, indoor work and shallow depth of field. The 24mm equivalent angle of view also makes it useful for street, environment and content creation work.
It has a 16mm focal length, which gives a 24mm equivalent field of view on APS-C, and a maximum aperture of f/1.4 that closes to f/16.
