Description
The RODE DS2 Desktop Studio Arm is a compact desktop mount for microphones and other small devices. It suits podcast, voiceover and content setups where a stable arm on the desk is easier than a clamp or stand. The heavy base helps keep it steady, and the two pivot points make it easier to place the device where you want it.
It supports devices up to 900g and has a 3/8-16 UNC thread with a 1/4-20 UNC adapter included. The arm measures 170mm wide, 120mm deep and 190mm high when folded, or 380mm high when extended. It weighs 1471g. Cable management guides help keep leads organised.
In use, the DS2 sits on a desk and is suited to microphones, cameras, smartphones and lights that stay within its weight limit. The box includes the DS2 Arm, DS2 Base, two M4 screws, a 3/8 to 1/4 thread adapter, an M3 hex key and a Quick Start Guide. The threaded mount and adapter allow it to pair with compatible gear using either thread size.
