The RØDE DS1 is a desktop microphone stand for keeping a microphone steady on a desk or table. It suits podcasting, voice work, interviews and other spoken audio setups where you want the mic positioned close and stable. The round base and metal build help it sit securely on a flat surface.
It has an adjustable height from 11 to 15.74 inches, with a 3/8-16 male mounting thread and a 3/8 inch to 5/8 inch adapter included. The stand is made from metal with a black finish and weighs 34.6 oz, or 980 g. Cable clips are included to help route the microphone cable neatly.
