Description
The Really Right Stuff L Plate Set for Olympus OM-1 is a modular camera plate set for photographers who want a secure tripod mounting option and faster switching between landscape and portrait orientation. It suits OM System OM-1 users who want a dedicated fit for their camera body and a plate set that stays compact on the camera.
It is machined from solid blocks of 6061-T6 aluminium and weighs 165.6g. The set measures 83.9 x 146.1 x 61.4mm and is fully compatible with any 1.5 inch standard dovetail. The design uses a custom 1/4-20 captive mounting screw and includes a 1/4-20 x 3/8 coupling screw for assembly.
In use, the baseplate and L-component fit the OM System OM-1 and work with compatible quick-release support gear that uses the 1.5 inch standard dovetail profile. The box includes the BOM-1 baseplate, BOM-1 L-component, 5/32 inch hex key, custom 1/4-20 captive mounting screw and 1/4-20 x 3/8 coupling screw.
