Description
This is a two-piece L-bracket for Canon R5, R5 Mark II, R6 and R6 Mark II cameras. It suits photographers and videographers who want a stable plate setup for switching between landscape and portrait orientation while keeping the camera mounted in an Arca-type system. It is made from aluminium and uses a modular design.
It measures 109.2 x 84.58 x 41.91 mm and weighs 132 g, so it adds a compact amount of bulk to the camera. The bracket uses a 1/4-20 male mounting point with two 1/4-20 female threads, along with a 1/4-20 mounting screw. It includes a quick disconnect system, a QD strap loop, anti-twist flanges and no bubble level.
In use, the base plate stays on the camera while the L-component supports vertical shooting and can be removed when a slimmer profile is needed. It is compatible with most Arca-type heads and pairs with quick release tripod setups that use an Arca-type dovetail. In the box is the L-bracket assembly for the Canon R5, R5 Mark II, R6 and R6 Mark II.
