Description
The Manfrotto 290 Light 2-Stage Aluminium Tripod with Befree Live Fluid Video Head Kit is a video tripod system for cameras that need controlled movement. It suits vloggers, mobile journalists and solo shooters who want a compact setup for filming from a stable base.
It supports up to 4 kg and reaches 146 cm high, or 127 cm with the column not extended. The tripod folds to 59.5 cm, weighs 1.8 kg and uses aluminium construction. The head offers 360° pan, -90° to +65° front tilt and fixed fluid drag for smoother framing. A levelling bubble is included, along with a Manfrotto 501PL sliding quick release plate with 1/4-20 screw.
In use, it works well with compact video cameras, mirrorless cameras and other lightweight setups that fit within the load limit.
