Description
The Hoya 49mm UX II UV Filter is a UV protection filter for lenses with a 49mm thread. It suits photographers who want to keep the front element covered while reducing ultraviolet light in the image. The filter is designed for use on cameras where lens protection and clearer outdoor shooting are useful.
It uses an anti-reflection coating and a water-repellent coating to help manage flare and make the glass easier to clean. The aluminium frame keeps the filter light and practical for regular use. It also increases light transmittance and suppresses the UV spectrum, so it can help reduce haze in bright outdoor conditions.
This filter fits lenses with a 49mm filter thread and is used in front of the lens as a protective accessory. It pairs with cameras and lenses that accept 49mm filters, including compact and interchangeable lens setups with that size. The box includes one Hoya 49mm UX II UV Filter.
