Tiffen 82mm UV Protector Filter

Description

The Tiffen 82mm UV Protector Filter is a circular UV filter for lenses with an 82 mm front thread. It suits photographers who want a simple protective filter that can stay on the lens during everyday shooting. It helps reduce the bluish cast that can show in daylight and adds a basic layer of front element protection.

This filter has an 82 mm diameter, a filter factor of 1, and no exposure change. It is a UV filter with a circular shape and uses Tiffen ColorCore technology. Its main job is to absorb ultraviolet light while leaving the image otherwise unchanged. That makes it practical for general use when you want protection without altering the look of the shot.

It fits lenses with an 82 mm filter thread and works well as a constant front filter on compatible camera lenses. It is commonly used with other lens accessories that also mount to 82 mm threads. No box contents are specified, so only the filter itself is described here.
