Description
The DZOFilm VESPID 75mm T2.1 is a full frame cine prime for controlled, manual focus work on narrative, documentary and commercial productions. It suits crews and solo operators who want a compact 75mm lens with a PL mount and a straightforward mechanical layout for camera rigs, matte boxes and follow focus use.
It offers a 75mm focal length, T2.1 maximum stop and T22 minimum stop, with a 46.5 mm image circle for full frame coverage. The lens has 16 iris blades, 0.8 MOD gearing on focus and iris, 270° focus rotation, 68° iris rotation, an 80 mm front diameter, 77 mm filter thread and a 2.0' / 0.6 m minimum focus distance. It weighs 865 g and is 87 mm long.
In practice, this lens is suited to PL mount cinema cameras and other rigs that accept ARRI PL lenses. It is a manual lens with no electronic communication, so camera settings are controlled separately.
