Description
The DZOFilm VESPID 21mm T2.1 is a manual cinema lens for full frame cameras, with a wide 21mm field of view and a PL mount with an included EF mount. It suits productions that want a compact cine prime for interiors, landscapes, handheld work, and general wide angle coverage.
It opens to T2.1 and closes to T22, with a 46.5 mm image circle, 16 diaphragm blades, and a minimum focus distance of 0.3 m from the image plane. The lens uses 0.8 MOD, 32 pitch gearing for focus and iris, has a 270 degree focus rotation, a 64 degree iris rotation, an 80 mm front diameter, a 77 mm filter thread, and weighs 980 g.
In practice, it is a fully manual lens that works with cinema rigs, matte boxes, follow focus systems, and cameras that accept PL or EF mounting.
