Description
The SmallRig 4685 AD-50 Lightweight Video Carbon Fibre Tripod Kit is a video tripod system for creators who want a compact support option for small camera setups. It suits run-and-gun filming, location work and users who need a tripod that is easier to carry without giving up a stable base for video shooting.
It has three leg sections, a working height range of 73 to 163 cm and a closed length of 79 cm. The kit weighs 2.8 kg and uses carbon fibre, aluminium alloy, ABS, stainless steel and silicone. The video head has a 65 mm bowl adapter, a 90° to -50° tilt range, continuously adjustable tilt drag, fixed pan drag and a fixed counterbalance system. The pan bar is 28 cm long.
In use, it works with a camera setup that suits a video head and can also support a smartphone with the included holder. The quick-action drawstring and built-in hidden spiked feet make it practical for changing shooting positions and different ground surfaces.
