Description
The X-Keys XK-24 USB Keypad is a programmable 24-key keypad for users who want dedicated controls for shortcuts, macros, and custom commands. It suits editing, production, and other workflows where repeated actions need fast access from a compact desk device.
It has 24 single keys plus a programming button, with relegendable 16 mm keycaps and 0.75 inch key spacing. The switches use full-travel rubber dome and carbon on gold contacts, rated for over 1,000,000 operations. Each key has individually addressable red and blue backlighting, and onboard EEPROM memory stores about 1,000 keystrokes or commands.
In use, it connects by USB and works as an input device across operating systems via USB HID, while programming is supported on Windows XP to 10 and Mac OS X 10.4 to 10.10. It can emulate a HID keyboard, mouse, or game controller. The box includes a pre-printed legend sheet, blank legend sheet, tall replacement key, wide replacement key, key puller, two angled feet, and programming software disk.
