Description
The SWIT LB-SU90C is a 90Wh lithium-ion battery for Sony BP-U cameras and rigs. It suits users who want a compact on-camera power option with extra output and USB-C charging support. It is aimed at Sony camcorders and cinema cameras that use the BP-U family, while also giving camera crews a practical way to run or charge accessories from the battery.
It has a nominal voltage of 14.4V and a capacity of 90Wh, or 6.2Ah. The battery supports a maximum power load of 70W at 6A, with a 14.4V D-tap output rated to 70W and 6A. It also includes 45W USB-C input and output, with 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V support, plus BC1.2, QC2.0/3.0, PD2.0/3.0, FCP and SCP protocols.
In practice, it fits Sony BP-U30, BP-U60 and BP-U100 type batteries and works with Sony PXW-FS5, PXW-FS7, PXW-FX6, PXW-FX9 and PXW-Z280/X280 cameras. It can display remaining power info in camera. The battery measures 70 x 42 x 96mm and weighs about 462g. The box includes one SWIT LB-SU90C battery.
