Description
The Manfrotto 502AH is a fluid video head with a flat base for cameras and rigs that need controlled pan and tilt movement. It suits video shooters who want steady framing and simple setup on compatible tripods or supports.
It has a 7 kg load capacity and a spring-loaded counterbalance set for 4 kg camera weight. Pan and tilt drag are continuously adjustable from 0 to maximum, with a 360° pan range and -80° to +90° tilt range. The aluminium body is black, and the head includes a levelling bubble, pan lock and tilt lock.
It mounts with a 3/8-16 thread and uses the 504PLONG quick release plate, which has a 1/4-20 screw and a 1/4-20 to 3/8-16 adapter. The box includes the head, pan bar and 504PLONG long quick release mounting plate. It works with video tripods and other supports that accept a flat-base head.
