Description
The Freewell V2 Magnetic Hybrid Variable ND with Circular Polariser Filter Kit is a combined variable ND and polariser for photographers and filmmakers who want to control exposure and reflections with one filter. It suits users working with lenses that can take the included 82 mm adapter ring and who want a compact hybrid solution for outdoor or bright-light shooting.
It offers a 3 to 7-stop exposure reduction, with 0.9 to 2.1 optical density. The filter uses glass optics, an aluminium ring, and multi- and resistance-coated surfaces. It measures 8.75 mm thick and is designed as a magnetic hybrid filter, with no front accessory thread or bayonet on the filter itself.
In use, it fits with the included 82 mm base ring and can be paired with compatible lenses that suit that mounting size. The kit includes the VND/CPL 3-7Stop filter, 82 mm base ring, front and back cap, imitation leather pouch, and microfiber cleaning cloth.
