Description
The Deity TC-1 Wireless Timecode Generator Box is a compact timecode box for video production setups that need cameras and audio recorders locked to the same clock. It suits solo operators and small crews working with multi-camera shoots, sync sound, or any job where reliable timecode saves time in post.
It generates and jams all SMPTE timecode formats, with Bluetooth 5.0 phone control and 2.4 GHz wireless control from other TC-1 units. The unit uses a locking 3.5mm timecode port, has an OLED screen, and runs on a 950 mAh LiPo battery for up to 28 hours. Charging takes about 2 hours, and drift is listed at less than 1 frame per 72 hours.
In use, the TC-1 can be paired with compatible cameras, audio recorders and other timecode devices that accept SMPTE timecode. It mounts with the included cold shoe mount or hook-and-loop fastener. In the box are the TC-1 unit, cold shoe mount, locking 3.5mm TRS to TRS coiled cable, USB Type-A to USB-C charging cable and hook-and-loop fastener.
