Computer Keyboards

About the Computer Keyboards range

Start with the layout and your daily tasks. A full-size keyboard includes a number pad for data entry, while a compact design leaves more room for a mouse. Check whether the model is wired or wireless, then confirm its connection method and available ports. For wireless use, check battery requirements and whether your computer supports the required receiver or Bluetooth connection. Key legends, shortcut labels and the keyboard's physical dimensions also matter. Mechanical and membrane designs differ in key feel, travel and noise, so compare the specification rather than assuming one suits every workspace.

Check the exact operating system, application and language layout before ordering. Windows and Mac versions can use different modifier keys or shortcut markings, while US English QWERTY is not identical to every Australian or UK layout. A keyboard labelled for DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Avid Pro Tools or Ableton Live is organised around that application, so it may not match another program's shortcuts. Confirm the listed model and platform, including whether it is wireless, and check the product page for dispatch timing. All prices include GST, shipping is free to Australian addresses, and unopened change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days.
