Description
The Kupo CS-40MK is a steel C-stand kit with a sliding leg, suited to camera, lighting and studio setups that need stable support on uneven ground. It works well for holding lights, modifiers or grip accessories in a fixed position. The chrome finish and steel construction suit regular production use.
It has a maximum working height of 323 cm and a minimum working height of 134 cm, with a 10 kg load capacity. The stand uses 3 sections and 2 risers, measures 132 cm when closed, and weighs 6.4 kg. The footprint diameter is 100 cm, and the top mount is a 5/8-inch stud. It does not have air cushioning, reverse legs or a detachable base.
In practice, the sliding leg helps level the stand on ramps, steps or uneven floors. It is commonly paired with the included 40-inch grip arm and 2.5-inch grip head, and the kit also includes the stand, grip head and grip arm. The stand accepts standard studio gear that fits a 5/8-inch stud.
