Description
The Tiffen 43mm UV Protector Filter is a circular screw-in filter for lenses with a 43mm front thread. It suits photographers who want simple lens protection while keeping the filter on during regular shooting. It absorbs ultraviolet light and helps reduce the bluish cast that can appear in daylight.
It is a 43mm UV filter with a filter factor of 1 and a 0 stop effect, so it does not reduce exposure. The filter uses Tiffen ColorCore technology and has no added colour or contrast. Its main job is to act as a general protective filter while helping control UV light.
It fits lenses with a 43mm front accessory thread and is used like a standard front filter. It pairs well with cameras and lenses that accept 43mm screw-in accessories.
