Description
The Pelican 1510 Carry-On Case with Foam Set is a hard protective case for transporting sensitive gear in a compact carry-on size. It suits camera kits, audio equipment and other small items that need a watertight, crushproof and dustproof case with organised foam protection and wheels for easier movement.
It has an interior of 50.2 x 27.9 x 19.3 cm and an exterior of 55.9 x 35.1 x 22.9 cm, with a total depth of 19.3 cm. The case is made from polypropylene and uses ABS latches, a polymer O-ring, stainless steel pins and a built-in pressure release valve. It weighs 5.4 kg empty and 6.2 kg with foam, and includes rubber over-moulded top and side handles, a retractable extension handle and polyurethane wheels with stainless steel bearings.
In use, it works as a carry-on style hard case for gear that needs a fixed, padded layout rather than loose storage. The Pick N Pluck foam can be cut to suit cameras, lenses, microphones or accessories, as long as they fit within the internal space. The box includes one Pelican 1510 hard case in black and one 1511 four piece foam set.
