Description
The DZOFilm VESPID 50mm T2.1 is a full-frame cine prime for PL mount cameras. It suits shooters who want a normal field of view for interviews, dialogue, portraits, and general production work. The lens is compact for its class and uses manual cine controls, so it fits well in controlled video setups where repeatable focus and iris pulls matter.
It has a 50mm focal length, a maximum T-stop of T2.1 and a minimum T-stop of T22. The lens covers full-frame sensors with a 46.5 mm image circle. It uses 16 iris blades, 0.8 MOD gearing on focus and iris, a 270 degree focus throw, and a 58 degree iris rotation. The front diameter is 80 mm, the filter thread is 77 mm, and the weight is 732 g.
