About Contour Design
The ShuttlePRO v2 pairs an inner jog wheel for frame-by-frame movement with an outer shuttle ring for variable-speed playback, which makes finding edit points faster than dragging with a mouse. It adds 15 programmable buttons for shortcuts such as marking in and out points, cutting and switching tools. The ShuttleXpress keeps the jog and shuttle controls with five buttons in a compact body, suited to editing on the go or a tight desk. Contour lists Windows and macOS support for both.
Choose the ShuttlePRO v2 if you edit for long sessions and want a set of shortcuts under one hand, and the ShuttleXpress if you mainly need jog, shuttle and a few key commands. Contour lists support for more than 50 applications, including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Pro Tools, with button assignments set in its driver software. Install the current driver for your operating system, then load or build a settings profile for each application you use. Contour Design publishes a two year warranty.
