7Artisans Black Mist Filter (39mm, 1/4)

Description

The 7Artisans Black Mist Filter (39mm, 1/4) is a diffusion filter for photographers and creators who want a softer, more atmospheric look. It lowers contrast, reduces harsh highlights and adds a misty glow around light sources. The 39mm size suits compact lenses with a matching filter thread.

This 1/4 black mist filter is designed to soften highlights, subdue contrast and create a pastel bloom around bright areas. It uses a 39mm filter diameter and an anti-corrosive 6061 aluminium frame. The effect is noticeable without removing the image's basic detail, which makes it suitable for portraits, video and scenes with strong point light sources.

It screws onto compatible 39mm lenses and is used wherever a softer rendering is wanted. It pairs well with lenses that accept 39mm front filter threads, including compact prime lenses. The box contains one 7Artisans Black Mist Filter (39mm).
