Description
The Zoom Q2n-4K Handy Video Recorder is a compact camera and audio recorder for musicians, performers and anyone who wants a simple way to capture video with stereo sound. It suits rehearsals, gigs, lessons and small productions where an easy-to-carry recorder with a wide view is useful.
It uses a 1/2.3-inch 16 MP CMOS sensor, a 15.2 mm f/2.8 lens and a 150° field of view, with five selectable FOV settings. Video can be recorded in 4K, 1080p and 720p, and audio is saved as WAV at 96.0 kHz, 48.0 kHz or 44.1 kHz in 24-bit or 16-bit. It has a 1.77-inch LCD screen with 160 x 128 resolution and a built-in stereo microphone.
In practice, it records straight to a microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC card up to 256 GB and uses PAL system settings. It is suited to pairing with existing performance setups, and it can be used as a self-contained recorder thanks to the built-in mic. The box includes the Zoom Q2n-4K Handy Video Recorder, a lens hood, a lens cap and 2 x AA batteries.
