Description
The SmallRig BSL2681 is a compact lens support for camera rigs that use 15 mm LWS rods. It suits users who want to take strain off a lens mount when working with longer lenses on a rig, especially in video or cinema setups where the lens needs extra support.
It uses a Y-shaped support and fits lenses up to 150 mm in diameter. Height adjustment reaches 2.1 in, or 53.5 mm, and the position can be set with a quick release knob. The aluminium build keeps the unit light at 121 g, with overall dimensions of 10.8 x 10.4 x 3.35 cm.
In practice, it mounts to standard 15 mm LWS rods and sits under the lens to carry part of its weight. It works with rig systems that already use 15 mm LWS support rods. The box includes one SmallRig 15 mm LWS Universal Lens Support with 2.1 in Vertical Adjustment.
