The Sennheiser HD 25 Monitor Headphones are closed-back on-ear headphones for mixing, mastering and DJ use. They suit people who want a wired monitoring headphone with a light feel and a secure headband fit. The swivel earpiece design helps with one-ear monitoring, which is useful in live and studio settings.
They use dynamic drivers with a 16 Hz to 22 kHz frequency response, 70 ohms impedance and 120 dB maximum SPL. Total harmonic distortion is 0.3%, and maximum power handling is 200 mW. The headphones have a single-sided cable, a 3.5 mm TRS connector and an included 1/4-inch TRS adapter. Contact pressure is 2.5 N.
In use, these headphones connect to devices with a 3.5 mm headphone output, or to equipment with a larger headphone socket using the adapter.
