Description
Primacoustic London 8 Studio Kit is a room acoustic treatment kit for smaller studios and home recording spaces up to 100 ft² or 9 m². It suits people who want to reduce reflections, flutter echo and standing waves without piecing together separate panels. The black finish gives a simple, low-profile look that fits into working studio spaces.
The kit includes 4 Control Columns and 8 Scatter Blocks, plus 16 Surface Impalers, drywall anchors, screws and instructions. Control Columns measure 12 x 36 x 1.5 in, while Scatter Blocks measure 12 x 12 x 1 in. The panels use formed, semi-rigid inorganic glass fibres with a density of 6.0 lbs per cubic foot and an acoustically transparent polyester fabric facing.
In practice, the kit can be mounted on the wall to cover key reflection points and shape the sound of a small room. It can also be combined with other Primacoustic products to treat larger spaces. The box contains the panels, Surface Impalers, drywall anchors, screws and instructions, so the main mounting parts are included for installation.
