Description
The PreSonus Eris BT 3.5 V2 is a pair of active 2-way desktop monitors for music production, content creation, gaming and general media playback. It suits users who want compact speakers for nearfield listening on a desk or small workspace. Each speaker is built to give a clear close-up monitoring option rather than fill a large room.
Each monitor uses a 3.5-inch woven-composite woofer and a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter, with bass-reflex enclosures and Class-AB amplification rated at 25 W RMS per channel, for 50 W total. The frequency range is 80 Hz to 20 kHz. Bluetooth 5.0 streaming is included, along with HF and LF shelf controls for basic tone adjustment and output current limiting for protection.
In practice, these monitors connect to a computer, audio interface, mixer or phone, and can also stream wirelessly over Bluetooth. The pair comes with speaker wire, an 1/8-inch TRS to stereo RCA cable, and a stereo 1/8-inch TRS to 1/8-inch TRS cable. The speakers are designed for standard desktop audio setups and similar playback devices.
