An Eartec battery for UltraLITE, HUB or EPak systems may not suit another Eartec model, while the Saramonic WITALK-BP is intended for WiTalk equipment. Can I use any charger with a replacement intercom battery?
No. Use a charger designed for the relevant battery and intercom system. Check the number of charging bays, power adapter and battery compatibility before ordering. A multi-port charger can be useful for production teams, but its bays are not universal across Eartec, Saramonic and Hollyland systems.
When should I replace intercom earpads or microphone covers?
Replace earpads when the covering is worn, split or no longer comfortable, and replace microphone covers when they are soiled, damaged or missing.
