About Livesound

The WP02-P is a blank mounting panel made from 1.6 mm aluminium with a powder coated finish. It measures 117 mm wide by 74 mm high and has two pre-cut holes sized for the standard D-series connector footprint, the common flange shape used by XLR, speaker, data and other panel connectors. Livesound describes it as fitting standard wall mount sockets, and it is sold for use as a wall socket, a table socket or a conference room connection point. The version we stock is black with the two holes arranged vertically.

Before ordering, decide which two connectors you want to fit, then buy D-series format connectors to suit, such as female XLR for microphone lines or male XLR for returns. Check that the connectors you choose share the D-series mounting pattern so they sit flush in the pre-cut holes. Measure the wall box or flush mount you plan to use against the 117 by 74 mm plate size, and allow depth behind the plate for the connector bodies and cable. The plate is passive hardware with no electronics.
