About Adam Hall
The SLED 2 PRO clips onto a music stand and lights the score with four white LEDs on two flexible goosenecks, each 220mm long, so you can aim light across both pages of an open book. It has two brightness settings for a dark pit or a lit stage. Power comes from three AAA batteries, which are included, or an optional mains adaptor sold separately. The clip opens to about 21mm, which suits standard music stand shelves and many desks and lecterns.
Check the thickness of your stand's lip or desk edge against the clip opening before ordering, particularly with heavier orchestral stands. For long rehearsals or shows, the mains adaptor saves swapping batteries mid-performance; otherwise carry spare AAA cells. Cool white light above 5300K reads clearly on printed scores but can look bright to an audience, so angle the goosenecks down onto the page rather than outwards. In a pit, the lower brightness step reduces spill onto the stage and into the conductor's view.
